This Privacy Policy applies to the NaRa ecosystem, including nara.kz, shop.nara.kz, academy.nara.kz, the unified NaRa ID account, feedback forms, online and offline training, digital tools, and related services. The personal data operator is listed in the "Contacts and Details" section.
2. What data may be processed
Depending on the service used, the following may be processed: name and full name, phone number, email, city, date of birth (if provided), delivery addresses, company information, NaRa ID data, order and request history, information about purchased courses and digital products, access and training progress, applications for offline events, information about issued certificates, as well as technical data necessary for the operation and security of the websites.
3. Payment Information
Bank card details are entered by the relevant payment provider. NaRa does not store your full bank card number, CVV/CVC, or other sensitive card details. NaRa systems may only store information necessary for order and payment status tracking.
4. Purposes of Processing
Data is used for registration and login to NaRa ID, order processing and fulfillment, delivery and pickup, access to courses and digital products, offline training registration, certificate issuance, customer support, processing requests, maintaining relationship history, preventing abuse, ensuring security, and complying with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Unified NaRa Ecosystem
NaRa ID is used as a unified account for multiple NaRa services. Data required to identify the user and provide the selected service may be shared between nara.kz, NaRa Shop, and NaRa Academy within this unified ecosystem. 6. Transfer to Third Parties
Data may be transferred to payment organizations, delivery services, hosting providers, email providers, technical infrastructure providers, and other service providers only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service, ensure security, or comply with legal requirements.
7. Cookies and Technical Data
The websites may use cookies, session data, and other technical identifiers for authentication, language and currency storage, shopping cart functionality, security, analytics, and the correct display of the service.
8. Storage Period and Security
Data is stored no longer than necessary for processing purposes, fulfilling contractual obligations, and complying with legal requirements. NaRa takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to restrict unauthorized access to data.
