1. General Provisions
This public offer governs the purchase of goods and services offered in the NaRa ecosystem through nara.kz, shop.nara.kz, and academy.nara.kz. Specific specifications, price, contents, access period, training format, delivery terms, and other essential parameters are indicated on the page for the relevant product or service.
2. Offer Acceptance
Placing an order and/or paying for it means that the user has read the current order terms and accepts this offer for the selected product or service.
3. NaRa ID and Buyer Data
Some services use a single NaRa ID account. An authorized user places an order using their profile information. For guest checkouts, the system may verify the phone number and link the order to an existing account, if one exists. The user is obligated to provide accurate information necessary for order fulfillment.
4. Price and Currency
Prices are quoted in Kazakhstani tenge. Prices displayed in other currencies, if available, are for informational purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise. The final order amount is displayed before payment is confirmed.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed directly during checkout. Payment can be processed by connected payment providers, including Halyk ePay, Kaspi, and other methods published in the relevant service. Bank card details are entered on the payment provider's side and are not stored on the NaRa server.
6. NaRa Shop Products
For physical products, availability, manufacturing, delivery, in-store pickup, shipping costs, and estimated lead times are displayed during checkout. If an item is temporarily out of stock and a custom order is available, the relevant information is displayed to the buyer before submitting the order.
7. Online Courses and Digital Products
Access to paid online courses and digital products is provided in NaRa Academy after confirmation of successful payment or another designated activation method. The duration and scope of access are specified in the course, plan, or digital product card.
8. Offline Training
For offline events, the number of seats may be limited. Applications and reservations are made for the selected date. A limited reservation period may apply for certain payment methods, while invoices or installment plans require manual confirmation by a manager. The specific status is displayed to the user upon checkout.
9. Intellectual Property
NaRa Academy materials and digital products are intended for use within the scope of the purchased access. Transferring your account to third parties, illegal copying, publication, or distribution of protected materials is prohibited.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
The refund procedure is published on a separate page, "Refunds and Cancellations." A specific decision is made based on the type of product or service, the fact of performance, the access provided, and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
11. Liability and Technical Work
NaRa takes reasonable measures to ensure the stable operation of its services. Temporary unavailability caused by technical maintenance or the operation of external payment, postal, telecommunications, or other infrastructure services is eliminated as soon as possible.
12. Applicable Law and Appeals

13. Current Version
The current version of the offer is the one published on this page at the time of order placement, unless otherwise provided by law or individually agreed terms.
